BLUE HORIZON GROUP MC ltd (herein after BLUE HORIZON) represents a private entity maritime crewing company, which aims to select and recruit vessels with Georgian seafarers .
Obligation the company’s management seeks to create, maintain and enhance working conditions that guarantee high quality of services rendered to clients and ensure , maintain reputation of Blue Horizon as reliable partner in the market of manning services .
By providing our service , we ensure that our service delivery is of utmost importance for our seafarers and that our service fully meet applicable statutory and mandatory requirements .Vacancies provided by us are represented on company’s Website , Georgianseafarers.ge and are available to the seafarers to register online .
The policy :
- Is published and placed in the company, any seafarers may be familiarized with the one during being in the office,
- Is communicated, understood and applied within the organization,
- Is available to relevant interested parties upon request.
Top Management of the company endeavors for continual improvement in all areas of above-mentioned activities by following objectives :
- Maintaining ,reviewing, auditing and continually improving the quality management system conditions with ISO 9001:2015 Certification requirements
- Complying with standards and statutory obligations relevant to Quality Management and other international and national ( law of Georgia about crewing companies , Maritime Code )
- Ensuring information privacy and rights for our clients
- Identifying, reporting, investigation and resolving all non conformance
- Engaging suitably qualified ,skilled and experienced staff
We take care of our employees and unsure that our staff understands the necessity of quality assurance and contributes accordingly to management system continuous improvement.

Blue Horizon Group does not charge seafarers for its Recruitment and Placement Services offered to them. Whistleblowing contacts are passed to our seafarers once they are registered to our data base. Any such action from any of our employees, whether those of our Head Office or those from local Representation Offices, will lead in sanctions by our Organization
In Blue Horizon GROUP, we believe in equal opportunities.
Therefore we will not tolerate from any of our employees, whether those of our Head Office or those from local Representation Offices, to extort any of our Seafarers or any other person, and request any monetary or other kind of advances, in return of a promise to general employment or specific employment on our offices or a specific vessel of any of our Clients. Such actions will lead in sanctions both by our Organization and/or by legal entities.
Blue horizon Group will never employ any person or seafarers that is below the age of 18 years.
In case of any incident or otherwise, onboard one of our vessels or ashore, Blue Horizon Group will share all known information to families at no cost and in a prompt and courteous manner.
